I SELECTED PICKUP, WHERE CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?

As I do not have an office, but am in Rotterdam every week, you can send me a DM through instagram + your ordernumber so that we can schedule a time and place for you to pickup your order at Central Station Rotterdam, at Erasmus University Rotterdam or in Westkeetshaven Zwijndrecht.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

* I strive to process all order as soon as I receive them, however as I am only 1 person, please take into account that it might take 1-3 businessdays for me to process your order. The order can then be expected in 1-2 days after I have processed the order. (packages to countries outside NL might take longer to be delivered!)

** HOLIDAY NOTE: As the holidays are coming up soon and the shoplaunch is holiday themed, I strive to process the package on the day I receive the order so that your package will come in time before the holidays!~

 

CAN I ALSO SENT THE PRODUCTS AS A GIFT TO ANOTHER ADRESS?

Yes! It is possible to send your order as a gift to others. Please specify  this during the checkout & provide their home adress details, so that the order can be received accurately and can be packaged nicely before sending it to the person of your choice.  

 

COMMISSIONS?

As I am just starting out the business and am figuring out a lot of new things, I'm not doing any commissions. However, please stay updated through my social media to see when I accept commissions

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER :(

There might be some delay caused by the COVID-19 situation or some other issue that caused your package to not arrive. Please contact me via mail and I will do my best to look for your package and still get the order to you!

 

I HAVE A COMPLAINT / SUGGESTION 

As I'm just starting out this business, things might go a bit rough, that's why I'm very open to complaints and suggestions.

RETURNS

Returns are possible, however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

All products are expected to return in the original packaging and state.
